EA Manager

Job Description

Isaac is looking for an EA Manager to lead our Executive Assistant function at a pivotal point in the firm's growth. This is a player‑coach role: you'll provide direct, high‑calibre support to 1‑2 senior partners while managing a small team of EAs and owning the function’s development, standards, and long‑term health.

You’ll manage partner schedules, travel, communications, and stakeholder coordination; anticipate needs and remove friction with a high level of judgment; and model the EA craft you expect from your team.

The role also requires leading and developing a team of EAs, providing coaching, performance feedback, career development, and hiring. You will own the EA competency framework, onboarding playbook, technology stack, partner feedback loop, capacity planning, and new service models.
