• You look at a product page and immediately identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising, or user experience — and you use data to validate instincts before making recommendations.
• You’re excited by AI tools and emerging technologies that help lean teams move faster and operate smarter.
• In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing and optimizing our Shopify storefront, turning performance data into actionable insights, and helping bring new launches, promotions, and site experiences to life.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with Growth, Creative, and Retention teams, and thrive in an environment that values collaboration, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
