Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial proposals and understand the scope of the implementation project
- Gather and document the client's business processes
- Prepare the environment for demonstrations and lead workshops
- Map functional gaps and propose workaround solutions
- Create functional specifications according to client needs
- Support key users during the tool validation process
- Review parameters and perform balance migrations for go-live
- Support the solution in production together with key users
- Conduct Dynamics 365 system training tailored to business areas
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, International Trade or similar), or equivalent experience
