At Flexport, you will manage external 3PL/4PL partners, ensuring that operations meet our high performance standards. This role involves overseeing a team of 30-100 at partner facilities while handling forecasting, capacity planning, and invoice approval. You will be instrumental in defining the 4PL operating model as we scale that drives long-term improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary point of contact for 3PL/4PL partners
• Coach teams and enforce Flexport policies at partner sites
• Own performance reporting and troubleshoot operational issues
• Manage sharing of SNOP forecasts with partners
• Document operational processes for 4PL collaborations
Requirements:
• 2+ years managing a team in logistics or fulfillment
