Duty Manager

We’re looking for a Duty Manager to spearhead our PM operations (primarily 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) at Level Hotels & Furnished Suites — a premium extended-stay brand that sets the standard for guest and resident experience in Vancouver. This position will be reporting to and supporting the Regional Front Office Manager, you’ll be the senior presence on shift: the person guests and residents trust, the resource your team turns to, and the calm voice of resolution when things get complex. This isn’t a back-office role — it’s front and centre, where hospitality happens.
