Role Overview

The DS Manager, Global Payroll Product leads global payroll product strategy, process standardization, technology enablement, data migration, integrations, and operational readiness for Payroll and Time & Attendance. The role serves as a business product owner for payroll-enabling platforms and partners across Payroll, HR, Compliance, IT, Contact Center, vendors, and regional teams to deliver compliant, scalable, and employee-centered payroll solutions.

What You Will Do

Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap, including ServiceNow, Genesys, Veeva, payroll platforms, integrations, and other GS solutions. Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives from concept through implementation, go-live, hypercare, and steady state.
