Responsibilities

• Drywall modular units
• Perform minor renovations on units, including basic repairs and improvements as needed.
• Carry out minor fixes on units to address wear, damage, or functional issues.
• Complete minor painting tasks to maintain a clean and professional appearance of units.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform daily tasks.
• Lift and move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs as part of regular duties.
