Dry Utility Modeler (3D) – Utility Design (LRT)

GenCore Utilities Ltd. is seeking a skilled Dry Utility Modeler (3D) – Utility Design to support the development, coordination, and delivery of utility infrastructure models for transportation, transit, and municipal infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models of telecommunications, electrical distribution, streetlighting, traffic systems, CCTV infrastructure, utility corridors, and associated civil works.

The ideal candidate will possess strong Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Revit skills, experience working in multidisciplinary BIM environments, and a solid understanding of utility coordination within LRT and transportation corridors.
