Dry Etch - DMTS, PD, Advance NAND

Overview

As a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff (DMTS) Dry Etch Engineer, you will lead the development of advanced dry etch processes for Micron’s next generation NAND technologies in Singapore. Your work will shape the tool roadmap, drive technology innovations, and support the global NAND roadmap by collaborating with process integration, wet etch, CVD, diffusion, metals, lithography, and CMP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancements in dry etch technology and essential module development.
• Serve as a technical expert in dry etch process, hardware, and applications for NAND technology at F10, Singapore.
• Define the equipment roadmap and coordinate with suppliers to develop a logical hardware roadmap for next‑generation NAND dry etch.
• Benchmark Micron NAND dry etch capabilities against industry standards and translate external findings into internal advantages.
