Driver Onboarding (Bogotá)

Role Responsibilities

• Lead Onboarding product and project implementation across all product lines, design solutions to support business growth, and innovate in the Onboarding process.
• Deep dive into data to generate insights and action plans, identifying business opportunities and enhancement strategies for efficiency and experience. Diagnose root causes and suggest tactical solutions that align with broader product strategy.
• Manage vendors: define processes, set improvement targets, oversee cost management, monitor metrics, and ensure product alignment.
• Coordinate product launches with functional teams (Legal, Government Affairs, Public Relations, Product Ops, CX, HQ, etc.) and local operations, develop playbooks, and ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and refine processes to maximize funnel conversion and reduce costs, partnering with local teams and data analysts to identify improvement opportunities for existing features.
