Driver Guide, XWander, Rovaniemi

Overview

We are seeking a full‑time driver guide for our client XWander to handle customer transportation and guidance on adventure trips as well as daily activities in Lapland. You will create the first and most important part of the customer experience in the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize city tours in Rovaniemi
• Transport customers to the Arctic Circle, Ranua Wildlife Park, Kemi icebreaker, and local husky and reindeer farms, as well as other activity destinations
• Handle longer transfers such as Rovaniemi–Ivalo, including arranging temporary accommodation for overnight stays
• Ensure smooth and scheduled transports, handle luggage, and perform basic vehicle maintenance between shifts (refueling, cleaning, equipment upkeep)
• Prioritize practicality and safety at all times
