Driver Acquisition Manager/Driver Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a Driver Recruitment Manager to own and execute driver manpower planning and driver acquisition activities across assigned cities in the Norway. This role is responsible for ensuring sufficient, high‑quality driver supply through effective recruitment execution, operational excellence, and close collaboration with Operations and City teams.

This is a hands‑on management role with clear ownership of driver supply targets, recruitment execution, and local team performance.
