DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
All tasks are carried out in accordance with Engineering group policies and quality procedures under the leadership of the Engineering Manager. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts to ensure products offered are in line with engineering group and company strategies Monitor drill bit tool performance. Identify drilling trends and implement optimization practices. Provide technical support both internally and externally to customers. Create and manage drill bit product development and testing strategies that contributes to market share growth Assist field testing and new technology commercialization Develop accurate and complete documentation of data and project results in a timely manner.
