Drilling Operations Lead for HPHT & Complex Wells

Airswift is searching for a Drilling Operations Manager to join a leading oil & gas operator in Villahermosa, Mexico. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing drilling and well intervention projects while ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Petroleum Engineering, over 10 years of experience in drilling operations, and strong knowledge of well design and drilling techniques. Advanced English proficiency is required.
