The role

Door-to-door sales of window cleaning and gutter cleaning to homeowners across Greater Montréal. Monday to Friday, 12pm to 8pm. Commission, paid weekly. Top reps clear six figures in their first year.

What we actually offer

This is a sales education, not a job. Before you knock a door alone, you complete a six-phase onboarding program and role-play the script with leadership until you cannot get it wrong. We teach the ARTAC objection framework, proprietary and refined over years of field data, and provide laminated reference cards for every scenario you’ll encounter. Daily coaching continues from leadership who still sell.
