Doctoral Researcher in Services and Data Management

About the role…

The successful candidates will join the Services and Data Management (SEDAN) research group at SnT. SEDAN conducts research in data analytics and machine learning, with established strengths in FinTech, the security of blockchain and decentralized finance, and the security of networking, vehicular networks, and cloud infrastructures. The group’s work also extends to the mathematical foundations of AI, AI cybersecurity and cybersecurity for AI, and agentic reliability engineering.

• Develop novel research directions aligned with SEDAN’s research priorities
• Propose and implement innovative, concrete solutions and deliver impactful results
• Disseminate results through scientific publications and, where relevant, patents or open-source software
• Support the setup and running of experiments and benchmarks
