Promotion of health, prevention, monitoring, and assistance to employees. Collaborates in the administration and planning of the company's health programs. Ensures legal compliance in occupational health matters. Assists in the management of IMSS cases for risk premium.
Job Duties Provides general medical attention, preventive care, and occupational risk management. Also handles medical-surgical emergencies and medical care at the BRK Electronics sites in Mexico. Coordinates and conducts pre-employment medical examinations (physical-clinical fitness for the worker's position). Coordinates and ensures the scheduling and execution of periodic and special medical examinations for epidemiological monitoring in accordance with STPS and SSA regulations. Participates in accident investigations and follows up on corrective actions applicable to their area.
