We are looking for an experienced and strategic Director Organization Development & People Projects to join our Corporate People function. This is a senior role for someone who combines strong business understanding with deep expertise in people, organisational development and transformation.

As Director Organization Development & People Projects, you will play a key role in developing future‑fit organisations across the company. You will lead complex and business‑critical People, organisational, and transformation initiatives across countries, companies, and functions. The role reports to the Senior Vice President HSE & Organization Development and works closely with executive management, People, IT, and other corporate functions.
