A dynamic opportunity is available for a DMC Retail Travel Specialist to join a fast-paced reservations team, designing and managing bespoke safari itineraries for international clients.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-driven professional with strong sales ability and a passion for creating exceptional travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and craft tailor‑made itineraries
- Manage the full reservations process from quotation to final documentation
- Ensure bookings meet guest expectations and budget requirements
- Communicate clearly with agents, suppliers, and internal teams
- Handle bookings efficiently from enquiry through to invoicing
