Role Summary

Reporting to the SVP Stores, the Divisional Vice President, Store Operations defines, standardizes, and drives the operating framework that enables strong and consistent execution across the store network. This role leads centralized operational functions supporting stores day-to-day and long-term, including Asset Protection, Health & Safety, Business Continuity, Operations Support, Store Operations Projects, and Workforce Scheduling & Forecasting, and partners with Field Leadership to ensure priorities are practical, scalable, and executed effectively in stores. The DVP also drives enterprise transformation by leveraging data and digital capabilities to simplify operations, improve customer experience, and enhance store productivity - ensuring teams are enabled, systems are fit for purpose, and store capacity is protected while delivering sustainable financial and customer outcomes.
