Division Manager, Strategic Planning and Housing

About the role

This is a permanent, full time role in Council's Strategic Planning and Housing Division, based at Moruya. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership for the Division and will contribute to major organisational initiatives. This role is responsible for the proactive and effective delivery of strategic land use planning and projects in line with Council priorities, ensuring high-quality outcomes across planning and heritage functions. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Council standards, oversee reporting, and provide expert advice to support informed decision-making within legal and financial frameworks.

An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful candidate, inclusive of a cash component, Division Manager Allowance, fully maintained Council salary packaged vehicle (including full private usage) and 12% superannuation.
