District Manager in Training

While training to become a District Manager for a period of at least a few months, the successful candidate will manage one of our local stores. Responsibilities will include providing hands-on overall leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals, while ensuring an energetic and fun working environment for all team members.
