Distribution - Logistics Manager

Full‑time temporary contract lasting 3 to 6 months.

All the important tasks we’ll trust you with:

Freight Category Management

• Responsible for freight and logistics category that includes land, ocean and air.
• Develops lane data analytics to understand cost, utilization and services levels/performance of the service providers.
• Understand cost drivers for lane by mode and ensures cost competitiveness across all modes of freight.
• Market tests freight cost by mode and utilization.
• Establishes and re‑negotiates freight contracts.
• Develop processes to validate freight cost and surcharges.

Carrier and Contract Administration

• Manage relationships with transportation carriers and service providers.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts in coordination with the General Manager.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in logistics operations.
