Disabilities@work Program Manager, LATAM

As a Program Manager, you will design and drive our disability and neurodiversity inclusion strategy in the LATAM region, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing programs to establish Salesforce as an Employer of Choice for People with Disabilities. Working within the Office of Accessibility and collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure that our workplace is equitable and accessible to all. Your expertise will drive the development of strategies, training programs, and metrics to measure progress in accessibility and disability and neurodivergence inclusion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the LATAM disability inclusion roadmap, aligned with Salesforce's global Equality and Accessibility strategy, including regional goals, success metrics, and reporting.
Partner with Recruiting to attract, source, and hire talent with disabilities and neurodivergent candidates across the region.
