Director Strategy Capital Markets

As ATB Cormark Capital Markets scales, we are seeking a data-focused strategist to drive the formation and delivery of our business strategy. In this role, you will contribute towards strategic roadmaps, long-term planning, and evaluation of new opportunities. With a sharp strategic lens, you will own performance management metrics and drive a client insights program.

Operating at the intersection of strategy, advanced analytics, and execution, you will ensure our data and insights strategy directly accelerates the front‑office sales pipeline. You will own the performance management KPI framework and executive reporting package, building seamless connectivity between the strategy team, business leadership, and Finance.
