Job Description

As Director, Strategic Initiatives & Innovation, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Internal Audit (IA) ICFR Center of Excellence (CoE) and Global Functions. Your role is critical in ensuring strategic goals are achieved within approved timeframes, scope, and budget while maximizing long-term value through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:Lead end-to-end strategic and analytics initiatives (ICFR CoE & Global Functions) aligned with Internal Audit’s objectives, impacting audit operations across multiple geographies and functions.Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while partnering with stakeholders to optimize outcomes.
