Director, Solutions Lead - HR & Payroll

Position Summary

The Director, Solutions Lead – HR and Payroll, serves as the principal technology owner responsible for the design, configuration, systems integration, and technical lifecycle management of NYU’s core HR and Payroll technology ecosystem, to enable the service delivery strategies defined by University Human Resources (UHR) and the Finance Controller's Division (CDV). Lead a team that is directly responsible for the maintenance of the University's human capital management (HCM) applications, payroll and time & absence systems, employee learning management application, and administrative recruiting systems.
