What are your contributions to the team?

• Lead a team of Program Managers and their respective teams of project managers and program analysts. Guide the team in solving complex business challenges;
• Drive strategic and cross-platform PCRs, providing support to team members and visibility to leadership;
• Oversee and approve business cases for complete portfolio of changes; accountability for strategy and execution of each individual project in the portfolio;
