What Will You Do?

• Lead the delivery and program management of active transformational programs through their maturity phases, serving as the primary point of contact for these programs.
• Provide capacity to support new large‑scale transformation programs that may develop over time.
• Design and execute organizational change management, communications, and workforce enablement strategies to drive adoption and sustainment of transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact within PBO for transformation strategy execution and program delivery.
• Build and manage strategic transformation and optimization roadmaps specific to PBO, tracking initiative progress and producing executive reporting on outcomes and impact.
