+ Responsible for primary care physician operations with BayCare Medical Group. This includes family medicine physicians, internal medicine physicians, pediatricians and other providers as assigned.
+ Works collaboratively in an administrative/medical director dyad to improve quality, develop primary care programs, address practice issues, advance physician relations, and organize operations to best serve our patients.
