WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is seeking a Director of Operational Resilience to lead enterprise-wide operational resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs across RBC's platforms. In this role, you will drive the strategic vision, long-term operational model, and program governance to elevate BCM quality, ensure business consistency, and establish RBC as best-in-class in organizational preparedness and response to disruptions. You will work at the intersection of multiple platforms and business units, establishing standardized methodologies and embedding a culture of operational excellence while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
