Director of Trauma Program

A 267-bed community hospital in Fort Walton Beach is seeking an experienced Director of Trauma Program to oversee and lead its Level II Trauma Center. The hospital offers a wide range of advanced services, including an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, Cancer Care Center, open-heart surgery, a main emergency department, a pediatric emergency room, and two freestanding emergency departments.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leadership position oversees a team of eight full-time employees and is responsible for the overall direction and success of the trauma program.
