Position Overview

SEDB seeks a strategic and analytically minded leader to serve as Director of Site Strategy and Development. This role manages Stark County’s portfolio of development-ready assets as a competitive regional market, ensuring site supply aligns with traded sector strategy, infrastructure capacity, and long-term wage growth objectives.

The Director is responsible for building and advancing a disciplined, prioritized pipeline of industrial, commercial, and strategically important residential sites. The role moves beyond reactive inquiry response and establishes a proactive, data-driven site advancement framework that strengthens Stark County’s ability to compete for high‑wage investment.
