Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Develop new corporate, government, and MICE clients.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and event planners.
- Monitor sales pipeline, quotations, and follow‑ups.
- Coach and train the sales team.
- Work with Marketing to generate leads and campaigns.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in hotel, event, or MICE sales.
- At least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Good network in corporate and MICE markets.
- Results‑driven with excellent communication skills.
