Position Responsibilities
Provide executive-level leadership across warehouse, customer service and sales operations, driving results and upholding company standards.
Build, develop and lead a team of 700+ employees, including senior leaders, with a focus on performance, accountability and long-term talent development.
Drive operational excellence, using data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and maintain best-in-class service levels.
Establish clear goals and expectations across all levels, reinforcing Uline’s high standards and customer-first culture.
Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts across functions.
Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with overall business objectives.
