Director of Operations

Fully remote Salary $3,000 to $4,000 depending on experience We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency, and we've outgrown the way we run. We run a lot through the founder. Decisions, priorities, and the operating rhythm all route back to the top. That worked for 30 people. It will not work at 100. We're hiring the person who owns the operating model and gets the company off founder-led ops. This is not a project management role . It's the person who builds the structure that lets a 30-person agency become a 100-person one without losing speed. You'll work across Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, Client Services, and internal ops. You'll manage an Operations Coordinator.
