Job Description

Confidential is seeking a dedicated Director of Operations to oversee and support all aspects of our operations. This role involves managing and coordinating activities related to maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas, as well as winter maintenance (snow removal and salt applications). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, an ability to balance complex scheduling across the Portfolio and from City to City, be highly organized, and have a hands-on approach to ensure all tasks are completed to high company standards and on time.
