Position Summary Reporting to the Division President, the Director of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless production and delivery in a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant must be a seasoned professional, adept at optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes and a strategic leader focused on efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Safety
Work closely with the safety manager and branches to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and continuous development of safety standards and processes.
Ensure management support and compliance with fleet, site, facility, training, meetings, communications, HS committee’s and monthly requirements.
Assist in the development of new processes and policies to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all staff.
