Director of Operations at Mandeville

Mandeville is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee its Type 2 and Type 3 Introducing Broker model. This role focuses on compliance, operational integrity, and staff support.
In this senior role, you will maintain the operational framework and ensure adherence to CIRO regulatory requirements alongside Fidelity Clearing Canada. You will cultivate relationships with key service providers and oversee back-office operations while ensuring data integrity and compliance. Your leadership will provide guidance to Investment Advisors and operational teams in both regulatory and operational training.
