Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Support food safety and quality strategies for National accounts within the Fresh Division
- Act as a primary liaison and consultant for client FSQA teams and executives
- Manage client food safety needs including substitute supplier reviews and claims management
- Lead and manage the Food Safety Project Manager
- Align with clients on key food safety initiatives and provide technical expertise for specification development
- Ensure clients are informed of material changes in food safety policy and regulations
- Participate in recurring client engagements both virtually and in person
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a food safety role, preferably in Produce, Meat, or Seafood
- 5+ years of experience in a processor/distributor facility or within a National Foodservice organization
