Director of Global Reservations & Bespoke Journeys

Beckons in Santiago is seeking a Director, Global Reservations and Journey Design to architect the guest journey for luxury lodges across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Chile. You will elevate the pre-arrival experience, lead a global team, and set service standards throughout the Beckons brand.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of luxury hospitality leadership, experience designing tiered reservation systems, and knowledge of AI tools to deepen guest personalization.
