Director of Finance

Description We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to strengthen and expand the financial foundation of our growing organization in Holland, Michigan. This position is ideal for a finance leader who can balance high-level planning with direct involvement in reporting, analysis, and process design. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to improve visibility into performance, support operational decision-making, and build finance capabilities that can scale with the business.
