Overview

Bunkhouse Valle de Guadalupe is a luxury lifestyle resort located in the heart of Mexico wine country. The resort spans over 1 km, featuring well-appointed guestrooms and suites, a restaurant with roof terrace, a pool, and more than 50,000 sqm of vineyards with a proprietary wine brand.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial functions in the hotel, working closely with the General Manager, Ownership, and Corporate office to ensure accurate reports are submitted on time.
• Manage general ledger reconciliation, monthly and quarterly sales tax filings, timely monthly financials, balance sheet analysis, year‑end closings, and budgets.
• Create and instill policy, procedure, and internal financial controls and compliance.
• Lead the Finance Department and collaborate with the property management team to identify and capitalize on opportunities to maximize revenues, reduce expenses, and achieve business goals. <...
