Job Overview
Dynamic leadership seat reporting directly to ownership at a fast‑growing Canadian wireless company. The right person will take a MS Dynamics 365 environment that is underused today, tie multi‑location POS data into the ERP, and design the team and processes from the ground up. Compensation
Base salary: up to $160,000CAD
Bonus eligible. Target percentage and structure confirmed at offer stage. Work Arrangement
Hybrid mode, four days per week in office (North York, ON). Key Responsibilities
Build the architecture of the finance team and redesign processes from the ground up where needed. Drive real, hands‑on use of Microsoft Dynamics and unlock more value from a system that is underutilized today. Tie POS data to the ERP across multiple retail locations and deliver cleaner, faster reporting. Own/Manage all accounting functions: month‑end close, P&L, cash, cost accounting, credit, and payroll, including reporting to financial inst...
