Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and national accounts to execute strategic direction and financial guardrails
- Establish and manage partnerships with DSD distributors and regional food brokers
- Develop and communicate monthly volume and distribution plans to achieve market objectives
- Translate national business strategy into locally executable plans within the territory
- Negotiate funding agreements with distributor partners across all channels of trade
- Design and implement incentive programs to guide distributor sales objectives
- Execute and evaluate rolling forecasts against annual plans monthly
- Lead, motivate, mentor, and coach a team of Regional Managers
- Manage cost containment, sales growth, revenue, and profit growth
