In this strategic role, you will lead engineering and maintenance processes while reporting to the VP of strategy and innovation. You will focus on developing comprehensive maintenance plans and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across operations. Your leadership will be vital in driving growth and optimizing project management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of engineering strategies for growth
• Create best-in-class preventative maintenance plans
• Build a long-term engineering CAPEX plan
• Guide the maintenance team towards optimal equipment performance
• Collaborate with departments to solve technical challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in food sector
