Director of Digital Transformation and Technology

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Digital Transformation and Technology is responsible for defining and executing Exo-s’s digital strategy to support the organization’s growth, operational performance, and competitiveness. He ensures that technologies, information systems, data, and artificial intelligence are aligned with business objectives while promoting a pragmatic, secure, and results-oriented approach. In a rapidly evolving international manufacturing environment, the Director of Digital Transformation and Technology acts as a catalyst for digital transformation by ensuring consistency across technology infrastructure, business applications, corporate data, and innovation initiatives.
