Build the Management System Behind a Growing Manufacturing Company Dynamix designs and manufactures industrial mixing systems used across North America and internationally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands‑on business and financial leader to help build the systems, reporting, cost controls, and management accountability required for scalable, profitable growth. This is not a traditional accounting role. We are seeking a business‑minded operator who can partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, and Operations to make costs visible, decisions clearer, margins more predictable, and managers accountable to budgets, timelines, and results.
