Responsibilities

Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close. Build and execute outbound business development strategies that generate qualified pipeline and new revenue opportunities. Develop relationships with senior decision-makers across target accounts and industries. Contribute to Growth Strategy by partnering with the Chief Growth Officer to identify market opportunities, target segments, and strategic growth initiatives. Collaborate with Marketing and Client Services to strengthen lead generation and client acquisition efforts. Manage, coach, and develop the Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive pipeline growth and business development performance.
