UVA Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to serve as **Director of Access Strategy & Operations Support** —a **newly created, high-visibility role** designed to transform patients' access care across our health system.

In this role, you will **drive system-wide access initiatives** , lead a high-performing team, and partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to modernize workflows, enhance digital patient experiences, and improve operational performance at scale.
